On 30 November 2021, the Board of Directors of Mobilière Holding Ltd appointed Barbara Agoba to be the next Head of Human Development and concomitantly a member of the Executive Board. She has in-depth knowledge of what personnel management means at La Mobilière, having worked for more than 20 years in various positions within the company.

Barbara Agoba is a law graduate of the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. She is currently market manager for La Mobilière’s West operating region, previous to which she oversaw the Mobi24 call service centre, SME underwriting and other teams. Barbara Agoba is married and has three children.
